John Moffat Prolock (JMP) replaced paper-based checklists and spreadsheets with Cryotos to manage preventive maintenance, work orders, safety compliance, and spare-part inventory — all from one platform.
JMP operates a large-scale manufacturing and workshop facility housing log slitters, CNC machines, bandsaws, metal presses, power saws, jig saws, forklifts, and a mixed vehicle fleet.

When the workshop receives a request — "make brackets for a pneumatic pipe," for instance — the team raises a Cryotos work order ticket. Every ticket captures whether the job impacted production downtime, creating a clear link between reactive work and lost hours.
JMP also runs 5S workplace audits through Cryotos. Technicians capture multiple images of each 5S zone and submit them for managerial approval, turning a traditionally subjective walk-around into a documented, auditable process.
JMP uses Cryotos Expiration Reminders to stay ahead of regulatory and service deadlines. The system automatically alerts the team before a vehicle license lapses, a forklift load test comes due, or a jack palette's annual service window opens.
Meanwhile, the Meter Reading module captures real-world usage data to trigger condition-based maintenance.
JMP tracks critical consumables through the Cryotos Inventory module, keeping stock levels visible and reorder points clear. Every work order also rolls up a complete cost picture — parts consumed, labour hours, and any additional expenses — so management knows exactly what each asset costs to maintain.
Within the first few months, JMP saw measurable improvements across safety compliance, downtime visibility, and cost control.

Since we've started using Cryotos, our team has been able to stay on top of all the various SOPs. Checklists and safety procedures are now easily accessible to everyone, and we can quickly reference them whenever we need to. The software has definitely helped to improve our team's communication and efficiency. Plus, the fact that it's cloud-based means we can access it from anywhere, which is a big plus. It has been a great help in keeping everyone on the same page and up to date with the latest procedures.
I am using this application right now for my service team, very good, user friendly, have lot of customisation in workflow and service reports. the team supported for initial implementation, They have good support team. Myself fully recommended this application.
