1. Upload Images in a Jiffy
Real-time feedback from users indicated the "Image with annotations" feature took up to three clicks to upload any image.
With the new version, there will be two types of input in Cryotos - "Image" and "Image with annotations". While only a single image can be uploaded with annotation, users can upload one or multiple images without annotation in a single click. Multiple image upload is available on the web as well as the mobile portal of Cryotos.
2. Face ID & Biometric Authentication to Ease Mobile Login
Cryotos is power packed now with Face Id & Biometric options to quickly land on to the dashboard page (don’t worry – the old User id & Password also works).
3. Dashboard - Work-in-progress summary chart (Web Portal)
In the existing application, the “Work in progress” chart is displayed in a simple table view format. With the new changes, users will be able to view the chart in different pictorial representations – bar chart, horizontal bar chart and donut chart.
Use the new visualizations to make decisions quicker. Also, easily track pending work in the chart view using various filters like "Workflow”, "Assignee" & "Location".
4. Invoice Module (Web Portal)
Brand new “Invoice” module has been introduced in Cryotos. Users can now create invoices and share them with their end customers. Invoice can be created for the "Additional Parts”, "Labour Cost" & "Other Charges”.

5. Workflow - Input Type (Web Portal / Mobile)
We understand that not every task will require a date and a time. Hence, we have introduced a “Date Only” field in the workflows page. Users can create workflows with this option and the same will reflect while completing the tasks.
*Note: “Date and Time” will also be available along with “Date Only” option.
6. Inventory (Web Portal)
Track inventories mapped to specific assets with our “Asset Names” option in the “Inventory” list page.
The best thing about Cryotos CMMS software is that it always tells me when something needs to be fixed - before it breaks and cost me a fortune!
The software is very user-friendly, and even if I don't know how to do something, the support team is always there to help me out.
Most importantly, unlike other such software, Cryotos is editable and hence the user can modify how the software works as per their need, we made several changes in the workflow & flowchart with the help of development team.

We used many maintenance CMMS and only in Cryotos is functionality to build your own workflows for work orders and scheduled maintenance. With this CMMS we not need some separate analyzing system like Power Bi, Cryotos have already built-in Metabase system where we can easily build reports and visualizations for reports.
